Decision to buy:

Have a thorough look at the photos and descriptions of the boots.
Make sure you order the right size of boots. (Click here to check your size)
Check your personal measurements with the guidance measurements; the circumference of your calf and the hight of your leg.
If your personal measurements differ from the standard measurements, you can have your boots made to measure (personalized) at a reasonable extra cost of 50 €.

Place your order:

Standard Boots
Fill in the order form with all relevant information regarding your purchase (your name, address, ref.no. of boots, size) and send your order to us by email caballosmosquin@hotmail.com
Personalized Boots
Fill in the order form with all relevant information regarding your purchase (your name, address, ref.nr. of boots, size) including your personal measurements and send your order to us by email caballosmosquin@hotmail.com.
We will return with an approval of your order. If you order personalized boots, we will also return with an approval of the exact extra cost to add.

Payment:

We kindly ask you to transfer the payment  for the boots and the postage, before we send the boots off.
The means of payment we accept are Paypal/creditcard or Banktransfer. Please state on the order form what you prefer. If you choose Paypal you will receive an email from Paypal, with instructions. If you don’t  have a Paypal account you can choose to pay with creditcard.
Standard Boots: Transfer to be made and recieved by us  before we  send the boots
Personalized Boots: Transfer to be made, when you receive our approval of your order,  when your payment is received by us we will order the boots manufactured.

Satisfaction

We would like to get a feedback from you, when you have received your boots to hear how they fit you.
You have the full right to return the standard boots at your expense. 
When we have received the boots in good condition, we can either send you a new pair or return the purchase price for the boots.
You cannot return personalized boots, unless the boots have been incorrectly made according to the personal measurements you placed the order on.

In order to improve our service we welcome your comments and constructive critic.
